This page is for those who have made arrangements for our services and want to make payments online using credit or debit cards.  We use the secure payment processing services of ProfessionalCharges.com.  (For details, see "About Security" below).

To Make an Online Payment: 

  • Click on the colored Make a Payment Link below, and the payment form will open in a new window.

  • Enter your name as it appears on your card.

  • For "License or Tax ID Number,"  write in 117910754.

  • For "Type of Profession," click the arrow and select "other professional."

  • Complete the form and click on the Submit Payment button at the bottom.

  • Print a copy of the receipt that will appear on screen and keep it for your records.
